MEPPS SYSTEM

MEPPS Technology

MEPPS (Mechanical Engineering & Polymer Processing System) removes gas, moisture and unwanted debris from resins (virgin & recycled). Resins without gas, moisture and debris enable to make higher quality products.

MEPPS Nozzle / Filter

Melted resin runs the multiple grooves of the Monomer Filter System Torpedo, passing the Gas Vent Lines in the Gas Vent Rings by which the gas and moisture is filtered and discharged.

Air Filter System

Passing through the injection machine, the gas and moisture filtered is discharged through the multi-phase Air Filtration System by which it is purified and ejected into the air.

APPLICATIONS

MEPPS makes pure resins for water bottles by recycling post-consumed water bottles. MEPPS removes air, moisture and other impurities.
